How and when your order reaches you across Nepal, and when delivery is on us.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Nepal. Orders inside the Kathmandu Valley are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days; deliveries to other cities and districts usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the courier route.
Delivery charges
A standard delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders of Rs 1,500 or more ship free. The exact fee and any free-delivery discount are always shown in your order summary before you confirm.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay only when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery rider where possible.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you can follow its status from your account. We'll also reach out by phone or email if the rider needs directions or is unable to reach you.
