Go local. Go Harilo.
We put up the flavours of Nepal the honest way — sourced from the people who grow them, processed with care, and sold without shortcuts.
Where it began
Harilo started around a family table, with jars of dalle achaar and buff sukuti that never lasted more than a week. We wondered why these everyday Nepali flavours were so hard to buy done right — consistent, clean, and made with respect for the ingredient.
So we built a company around them. Today we work with farmers and small producers across the hills to bring pickles, dried meats, masala and pantry staples to kitchens everywhere.
